HONEYMOON // The Armani Hotel, Dubai

Fell a  little bit in love with design of the Armani Hotel at the Burj Khalifa in Dubai last night after attending an event in their gorgeous ballroom. Sophisticated colours, clean lines and unique textures blend together seamlessly in the signature style personified by the Armani brand to create an atmosphere of calm serenity and beauty.

HONEYMOON // The Mondrian SoHo - our love affair

On a recent trip to New York we stayed at the Mondrian in SoHo and our obsession with the Mogans Hotel Group and all they do grew ten fold! 

This hotel is a sublime example of the work of designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz who based his interior design on Jean Cocteau's1949 film La Belle et la Bête. The result is a whimsical, romantic blue hued environment, warmed with gold and beech wood tones and freshened with crisp white. It was literally a feast for the senses and they have even managed to nail a signature scent that wafts through the hotel.
